St James Church Centre:

Main Hall:      £25 an hour (includes use of kitchen for tea/coffee, snacks)

Ranklin Room: £ 15 an hour (includes use of kitchen for tea/coffee, snacks)

Use of Oven: £20

Deposit: £ 100 (returnable)

Regular Users: Discuss with the Centre Manager

St Francis Church Hall:

Main Hall:      £15 an hour min 2 hours  (includes use of kitchen for tea/coffee, snacks)

Use of Oven: £20

Deposit: £ 50 (returnable)

Regular Users: Discuss with the Parish Office

How to book the halls

Step 1: Contact the church office to check out availability (01865  747 680 or email [email protected]) As a guide line you can view the parish calendar by following this link  Link here to Calender page of web site

Step 2: Make sure you are aware of the conditions of use. This including: the Parish safeguarding policy requirements regarding rubbish and what to do when your booking comes to an end. Link St James terms and conditions  Link to St Francis terms and conditions.

Step 3: Complete and return the booking form to the Parish  Office email [email protected] or send to Parish Office, 13 Beauchamp lane Cowley, OX43LF.  Link St James booking form Link to St Francis Booking form.

Step 4: Confirm with the Parish Office that booking form has arrived and make arrangements for payment etc.
